Galaxy 3 watch -remote link setting

I have a Samsung phone Galaxy 3 watch, I use Wearable and Health. Everything is grayed out. It won't go off remote connection. Can't update my sleep info, watch faces, access anything. It says everything is up to date. How to fix this

Hello, We understand how frustrating it can be to not be  able to control features on your watch. The remote connection feature allows your watch to sync Wi-Fi profiles used on your phone, and to use the Find My Watch feature. If you are unable to toggle off the feature, it is recommended to reset the watch, after completing a backup. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the setting will still not deactivate, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
