Galaxy 6 watch uodates for HEALTH

I have the LTE Galaxy Watch 6.

Can I get the update allowing. Me to get:

1. Sleep Apnea

2. Personalized HR Zone

3. IRREGULAR HR notification

4. Is the watch yet FDA approved for Blood Pressure. I have been told for 2 years "It is comming within the next 6 months."

Then why do they have the beta out for the one ui 6 for the galaxy watch 4,5,6?
