Is anyone else having issues with the watch not tracking distance in cycling mode?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your watch not tracking distance when cycling. In order to better assist you, are you using a Galaxy watch 3, a Galaxy S3, or a Galaxy Fit 3?
