I just bought a Galaxy Watch 4 (to go with my S24 phone).
I tracked my first run using GW 4 but even though I connected Samsung Health (on my phone) to Strava, it did not sync.
So I tried the next best thing. I looked to download the gpx file from Samsung Health, and load it into Strava. But for that run, there was no option to download a gpx .
(Yesterday I ran and tracked my run on the phone. It synced just fine to Strava. And there was a gpx download option too. )

Please know that GPX routes are compatible with the Galaxy Watch5 Pro only. They are not compatible with other Galaxy watch models. Did you go into the Samsung health settings in the app and connect Strava in the health connect section either in apps or in services? Sometimes just downloading your app doesnt do the proper linking and you have to link things manually. Just guessing here, I dont use those features myself, but I see the settings for them.
