Hi,

all in the title.

about 6months ago, I noticed that my Galaxy Watch 4 do no more accurately track swimming: it added "kickboard" with 0 strokes every time I stop for 1-2mn. Before, it was working fine (did not add any "0 strokes" stuff)

With the last SW update (perhaps a month or so ago), it's getting even worse: now even for strokes that it detect correctly (freestyle or crawl), it gives 0 strokes!!

@uservsdu9ene: please do something about it!

I'm fine if I could roll-back to original SW (not using the watch for anything fancy!)

thanks

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch 4 not counting strokes if you are paused for 1-2 mins. I would recommend a factory reset. This will allow your device to be reset back to the software that came on the watch. I recommend you backing up your watch prior to factory resetting. Please test your watch prior to adding the back-up onto the device after reset. Give this link a try for steps to properly reset your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms I would recommend reaching out to our Samsung Health team directly using the contact information in this link: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/Samsung-Support-Acknowledgement/td-p/2...
