You can't. Getting a Samsung device is the only option.

Sorry but the Watch 4 isnā€™t compatible with IOS

Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro are not compatible with iOS.

If you have an iPhone, you should have bought an Apple watch, if you want a Galaxy watch, you need to buy a Samsung or other Android phone

From what I've heard you don't even lose any features by going with a non-samsung android phone, is this correct?

You lose some. Some people find them important, I do not. You would lose the Samsung health monitor, which includes the ECG function, the sleep apnea detection and, if it's ever approved, the BP monitor. The ECG is only useful if you alteady have A-Fib, as that's the only thing it measures. The sleep apnea funtion is only a two day test and, IMO, most people already know if they have it. All other health app functions will work, although I am not sure snore detection will work on on non Samsung phones; when I had my watch paired with a non Samsung phone, snore detection wasn't developed yet. Otherwise, sleep tracking works fine.

Thank you! I'm wondering if I should try one plus next time I upgrade, just comparing benefits.
