I have an android Moto phone paired to a Samsung Galaxy FE watch.

I like getting a sound notification on my watch for calls/texts but prefer vibrater only for calendar events. Is there a way to customize notifications by app? Thanks

The easiest way would be to go to the settings on the watch, look for sound and vibration, and scroll to volume and then set the notifications to vibrate. All your notifications will vibrate on the watch, but if you still want to hear a ringtone when you get a call, make sure the ringtone volume is set to "on" and adjust the volume. On the watch, you cannot go app by app. I personally have all sounds on my watch set to vibrate, since I don't want to hear my watch make noise. The vibration is enough for me to know if something is happening and the ringtone vibration is different than the notification vibration.
I don't know if the phone informs the watch as to which notifications get sounds and which get vibration only, but if they do, you would have to set vibration only in your phone's settings for the calendar notification.
