Is there a way to add a Icon pack to my watch? I do not like the stock Icons and want them to match my phone. When 1 UI7 comes out and stock dark Icons come out with it, will the watch get dark Icons as well?
There is no way to add icon packs to and Galaxy Watch. Since there is no Light/Dark mode for the watches, they most likely won't have an option for dark mode icons. They may have made changes to the icons, but there most likely are no customization options such as icon packs or themes.
