Galaxy WatchThe Watch Ultra so far has been fantastic it took everything great from the 5 Pro and made it better only comaint I have is every now and then the screen stops responding to touches I think this is just a software bug because the all the buttons and everything still functions jusy does not recognize my touches every now and then It's happend 2 times so far I have to to force reboot it ans everything is fine after thay hopefully they get this fixed

Galaxy WatchHello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out! I can certainly understand how concerning it is for your Watch Ultra to not respond to touches. In addition to rebooting the watch, have you tried a reset? This guide can walk you through it: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the watch will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the watch to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the watch in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
