Galaxy WatchI have reset the watch. I have reset the phone. I have tried every forum post on here and online I can find. I have made a Samsung account and tried that.
Blutooth connects for only a short time then stops being recognized, if recognized at all (95% of the time it says available to connect, then if I click instructs me to factory reset my watch...which I've done at least 8 times). The furthest I got was - I could connect through blutooth, I rush into the Galaxy wearable app, get through the choices, and then the app starts a download ...that then freezes anywhere between 69-86%.
I see there's a Galaxy watch Manager and Galaxy Watch3 Plugin in the app store - both of which say they are not not compatible with my phone?
I have 2 other older Samsung phones that have had no problems connecting with Active 2, but we cannot get them to connect to watch5 (most likely not compatible).
What else can I try? I really want to get this to work rather than return the watch.
