Recently seems like my watch vibrates in the middle of the night, every single night. In the connections menu in the watch settings I have set disconnection alerts to none. I have turned off system vibrate. IT STILL VIBRATES ON THE CHARGER. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. What in the heck is going on with this device??

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with your watch vibrating at night when disconnected, and I would be happy to assist you further. In order to get started with the best possible troubleshooting, have you turned on the charging sound feature in your watch settings? Go to settings > sound and vibration > system sounds > and turned off charging?

That setting has been set to off from the very beginning.

Hello,

I have an issue with my watch and its that every time a get out and in of my phone's bluetooth range, my watch vibrates to notify me. I have turned off the disconection alerts from the watch but it keeps vibrating every time.

Anyone has any idea why this can be happening?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concerns with your watch still vibrating with the disconnection notification turned off and would be happy to look into this further for you. First step would be to make sure your software is up-to-date. Second, I would reset your watch as this will take it back to the factory default setting.
