I received the new update and now my watch is all but useless. Any time my watch goes to sleep it locks. When I workout. The watch goes to sleep, locks and pauses the workout. I need a fix for this.

Update: I used the membership diagnostic tool and ran the wrist detection tool. The watch is working a lot better now. It is not locking every time it goes to sleep. Maybe running the diagnostic recalibrated it. Hope this helps someone else.

That sounds super frustrating, especially when you're trying to track your workouts. It could be that the "Auto Lock" feature got triggered with the update. You might want to try disabling it by going into the settings: go to Settings > Security > Auto Lock and turn it off.

Also, make sure that the "Power Saving" mode isnā€™t accidentally getting activated when the watch goes to sleep. If that doesn't fix it, you could try restarting the watch or even resetting it as a last resort to see if that resolves the issue.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you find another solution or need further help.

Thank you for your reply. I was able to switch from lock type pin to none, but now I have lost PAY. I have to have lock activated in order to use PAY.
