My watch stops charging at 2% and keeps rebooting. I tried a force restart, but it didn't work. I cannot do a factory reset since the battery level is always at 2%

Hello, thanks for reaching out, and I can see how confusing and even frustrating it is for the watch to not be able to shut down automatically. Since you said the watch is now charging and working otherwise, you can try a reset for sure. This guide can walk you through the steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, or it starts doing what it was doing to cause this post again, the watch will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the watch to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung  or to ship the watch in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport

2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513-

That sounds like a probable battery issue, except for where it stops charging. I had that issue on both my Galaxy S4 and my Galaxy S7. Both times, it turned out to be battery issues: on the S4, a replacement battery fixed it, and on the S7, it had something to do (I can't remember exactly what) with the phone itself; the internal battery connection was the issue. Take it to your local samsung authorized repair center (if ubreakifix make sure it's a corporate owned store) or if you're willing/able call samsung tech support and they will walk you through troubleshooting, and if it's unfixable (over the phone) will provide you with a free shipping label to send it in. (Or if it's from your carrier and you have insurance, unless you've had it less than a year) just get it replaced that way. It's the fastest and least hassle way to fix a smart watch issue.

No, it's not a battery issue. It seems something is stuck in the power button. Now the watch is charging and working, but it cannot shut down automatically; it keeps turning on
