Galaxy WatchMy watch stops charging at 2% and keeps rebooting. I tried a force restart, but it didn't work. I cannot do a factory reset since the battery level is always at 2%

Galaxy WatchHello, thanks for reaching out, and I can see how confusing and even frustrating it is for the watch to not be able to shut down automatically. Since you said the watch is now charging and working otherwise, you can try a reset for sure. This guide can walk you through the steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, or it starts doing what it was doing to cause this post again, the watch will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the watch to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the watch in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

Galaxy WatchNo, it's not a battery issue. It seems something is stuck in the power button. Now the watch is charging and working, but it cannot shut down automatically; it keeps turning on
