Dear samsung, I have been a long time customer. I recently upgraded to Samsung watch 5 44m. And I am very unhappy with it because I set a pin on it so when I take it off my wrist it automatically locks and it leaves the S.O.S feature when you swipe up and has caused me to dial 911 2 times this week due to accidental touch in the middle of the night. Please help with this. The sos button is too close to the numbers aswell.
