Galaxy watch, Why is there no blood pressure feature!

I just got the Galaxy watch 6 and the Samsung Health monitor is just for ECG. I tried everything and cannot have that feature 😕

Hi, guys I just received a response from FDA saying that it's samsung the one not sending application to FDA for approval.
I can't believe it turned out samsung team didn't send anything to FDA since 1st generation which was somewhere between 2014 to 2018.
Anyways here is a screenshot of their response (I don't know if I'm allowed to upload this kind of email though).
