Galaxy WatchJust purchased a Ultra watch, trying to calibrate ECG function but keeps saying set permission in Samsung health monitor and will not get out of this loop even if i restart my phone. On watch all permissions are enabled. How do I proceed?

Galaxy WatchAs far as I recall you do not have to calibrate the ECG. You would have to calibrate the BP monitor with a cuff. Since the BP function is not approved or operational in the U.S. that could be why you are in this loop. It shouldn't even be an option in the Health Monitor app at this point. Unless you are not in the U.S. and don't have a U.S version of the watch and/or phone.

Galaxy Watch@JLeRi On your phone, have you opened the Samsung Health Monitor app? Which permissions do you have set for that?

Galaxy WatchIt's currently in a loop and i cant get out. The screen says Samsung health monitor on top with Blood pressure/ECG/SleepApnea at the bottom. It requests calibrate with a cuff-based blood pressure monitor. and when i do the calibration it says "Allow Samsung Health Monitor to use data from watch sensors" says try again and so I repeat the process, no escape route.

Galaxy WatchYes the phone app is in a loop and needs some kind of confirmation from the watch to get out the loop.
