The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

I have had this issue a few times in the past but I don't what has happened to cause it to unpair 3 times in 2 days. I can't turn off the Bluetooth on my phone without the watch needing to be reset to reconnect.

This is a widespread issue. It is from a bug released in the January watch OS update. A fix should be coming in the next update.

I figured, it's more of an inconvenience. All you have to do it factory reset, and upload your last back up

Problem is, the backups aren't working as well. They finally started to add my watch face. However, I have to go in and redo all the settings and permissions over again. Every time. Yes they carried the watch face over but not what I switched the complications to. So it's more than just an inconvenience it is a pain in the *** because I have to go through all the set up again as well as deal with all those tips or guides again. Even when I say I don't want to later when I go to log a workout it guides me through the buttons again. It resets my assistant. I have to update all the apps again. It's a hot mess. Never seen such a messy backup before. Never experienced this with Apple.

I escalated this in an email but can't find it. Now for the third time my GWU has disconnected from my S23Ultra for the third time. It's battery was less than 15% so I put it on to charge and for no reason it thinks I'm added it to a new phone. Both devices are Samsung and latest patch. This is ridiculous for such an expensive watch to have to be re-setup so often.

I have the same problem and I've had mine do this 3 times. Every time I charge it it makes me reset it because it says I'm connecting it to a new phone. I'm so sick of this! I doubt I'll ever get another Samsung watch.

Today is the third time. I'll go back to my Garmin. Does almost as much and has a week log battery

I was just having this problem. So I went on the member's app and saw that my watch wasn't registered. So I registered it while it was charging and had already disconnected from my phone. When it was fully charged I expected to have to reset it but I didn't have to. Now I'm wondering if it was doing that because my watch wasn't registered? I don't know but I hope it was that and I have no idea why it wasn't registered. So that could be the real problem.
