@deedoubleyou That might not be the source of the issue. It was just something that came to mind to give a try.

I don't understand how the green light disrupts your sleep. Do you sleep with your wrist near your face? Is the watch loose?

I find the light usually flashes if one moves their wrist, but I only noticr the flash when I wake up to void. I sleep with my watch hand either under a pillow (if side sleeping), or under my blanket (if back sleeping). You could wear a sleep mask. FWIW, I don't think the blinking is a defect. I could be wrong, but I believe the green light is for wrist detection, and may flash more when the watch is loose. The update may have made wrist detection more sensitive. Try turning off wrist detection and see if that helps. This setting is on the watch itself: settings/security & privacy/wrist detection. The red light does the blood ox and hr. Measurements.

I hope it helps, as I said, it's only a guess it's the wrist detection, since I mainly only see it when taking off the watch to charge and then when putting it back on my wrist.
