Grey men notification

• Hello, I keep getting grey men showing on my galaxy watch 4 screen.  What are they?  You can't seem to do anything when they come up other than dismiss by pressing the home button.

@userPcl6AASKE6 They are reminders that it is time to stretch, etc. They should be animated though.
