HELP!!!!!!!! I need Google Assistant on my Gear S3 Frontier

I need to use Google assistant or I can't function in life anymore my memory is shot but I can't do that because I have to enable permission that it's ok to use personal data....you have to do that under devices....and whether it's Google or the Samsung account under my devices it's shows 0!  my watch is and has been linked to accounts and even show up under devices but under my device it says 0 devices.  I need to enable personal data access ok for Google assistant but can't .  I can't figure out how to add this I have tried for months were talking 100 hours plus please someone I beg you please HHELP me!!!!!!

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of being able to use our devices for daily activities. Google Assistant is available on Samsung Watches until the Galaxy watch 4.
