Impact of turning off touch screen wake up

  • If l disable Touch screen to Wake Up, then when the screen times out it dims rather than going off completely. Is that by design as l presume it will use more battery if the screen is only dimmed not turned off.

Hello, We understand the concern of the battery draining when the screen is dimming. 

The screen dimming is a function of the Always on Display setting. If you prefer for the screen to completely turn off, you will need to turn off the Always on Display feature.
