Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to set permissions for apps and would be happy to look into this further for you. First step I would recommend is clearing the cache for the wearables app. Go to settings > apps > wearables > tap on force stop > then tap on storage and clear cache.
Next step I would recommend is uninstalling and re-installing the wearables app. If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend taking your device to one of our local service center, so they can get a hands-on look at your device.
