Is anyone having trouble with their Galaxy watch 5 allowing app permissions

I'm having trouble granting permissions for certain apps on my watch 5. It won't let me select allow. Any ideas and help will be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to set permissions for apps and would be happy to look into this further for you. First step I would recommend is clearing the cache for the wearables app. Go to settings > apps > wearables > tap on force stop > then tap on storage and clear cache.

 

Next step I would recommend is uninstalling and re-installing the wearables app. If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend taking your device to one of our local service center, so they can get a hands-on look at your device.
