My Watch4 has numerous issues since the Dec update. Workouts drop while I am still working out. Time shows 0 and I have to flick my hand a few times to see the actual time elapsed. Calories show 0 well into a workout, even with heartrate displaying. Super frustrating.

Hello eclee, Welcome to the Community. We know how frustrating it is to not be able to use the health features of the watch consistently. It is possible there may be some corrupt files lingering after updating the watch.

We recommend doing a backup of the watch and then a factory reset. You can use the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If you continue to experience concerns, there are some additional options.

You can submit an error report through the Wearables app and provide the error logs to the developers. https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/

You can also reach out to the Samsung Health team to see if they may be able to offer additional assistance. They may be reached by calling 1-855-795-0509.

Finally, you can also have the watch evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

My watch tells me I had steps when I didn't walk. It adds steps while I'm driving, while skiing, while on chair lift...
