Agreed. It may be due to an incompatible security upgrade made recently as Microsoft and other companies are going through it currently with the latest and greatest tech security. If able screen record trying to connect or install the programs and send it off to Microsoft. They are most likely aware of the issue, however they recently crashed thousands of systems with a couple of new security updates (mine being one of them) and are scrambling to correct all of that first. Luckily, I know how and am able to fix my own PC because this time around, Microsoft was still trying to even find what and how the systems had even crashed when I came looking for help and answers....
