Galaxy WatchI have a Watch4. I only use my watch for running and I don't run every day so I usually charge my watch to around 80% and then turn it off until I run again, which is like 3 or 4 times a week.
Usually the battery would lose a few percent between uses, but now it's just lost 63 percent overnight while off.
Is this a software issue or is the battery cooked?

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the battery draining on your Galaxy watch 4 while powered off. I would recommend factory resetting your device as this will take your watch back to factory default settings. Furthermore, I would recommend testing your device prior to installing your back-up to see if there was an app or software causing these symptoms. Please make sure to back up your device prior to factory resetting. Give this link a try for the proper steps to factory reset your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you have tried resetting your device and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. For in-warranty repairs: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
