1: While I'm using it, the screen turns off every second even though screen time out is definitely longer than a second. 2: health tracking is completely messed up. It keeps saying I'm working out when I've been sitting down and not even moving. I was in school sitting down for the past 40 minutes and it said I was exercising with a couple thousand steps. 3: the sleep tracking stops after only about an hour or 2. For the past 2 days it's said that I've gotten 1 or 2 hours of sleep through the entire night. It does this alot, any solutions?

Hello, I understand how frustrating these symptoms are. You can perform a factory reset of the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/. If the watch continues to not respond correctly, then service would be recommended. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link:https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Change the time out setting on the watch not just the phone.
