This watch just about 6 months old and giving trouble. Second time out of compliance. This time it only charges to 7% and nothing more. I traded my 4 for the 7and that 4 lasted two years before it died. This one barely 2 months and it started not keeping charge. Got that rectified. Now, it's not chaging past 7%.

I need a new watch!!!!

Have you tried a different charger the brick and or new cable?

There are two of those charges. I've tried them both, and the watch doesn't charge any further than 7% I feel like it's a problem inside. 🤷🏾‍:female_sign:

If the charging brick and cables are working, make sure there is no debris on the charging area or the back of the watch. Remove any stickers, including the serial number sticker, if present. If it still doesn't charge properly, send it in for warranty repair. Typically, a failure to charge is due to an improper connection, preventing the watch from receiving enough wattage. This causes the watch to overheat and fail to charge because it is powered on and drawing more power than it's receiving. One other thing you can try before sending it in for warranty repair is doing a manufacturer reset, wiping the back of the watch and charger off, and seeing if it charges. But regardless, you have a year warranty, so though it's understandably frustrating, it might be your route.

Hi!!! Sorry, I meant to tell you, I did try. I changed the outlet and the brick, and it charged. I even did a diagnostic check on the watch, and it's normal. It's been working ever since. Thank you, thank you:hundred_points:. I appreciate your help. I have one other question though, is it supposed to do this every three months ?

No problem glad I could help. I would greatly appreciate it if you would mark problem solved 😊 As far as it happens every 3 months? I'm not sure what is causing the brick to malfunction. I can say the oem charger block from Samsung last me the longest. And it drives me crazy they don't include them with their mobile devices anymore.
