My Ultra has issues. Quite a few issues actually. I just recently reset it to pair with my s25. Before resetting i had issues such as
-Random pin locking until I rebooted.
-step counter stops counting steps
After the reset I'm now having an issue where this pile of expensive junk doesn't lock after I take it off. I use Google Pay on it which requires a pin or pattern lock. But now, it fails to lock occasionally when I take it off. Last night it happened again and I tossed it on the charger. After it charged, I removed it from the puck and the screen was still on, failing to lock.
Has anyone has this issue?

You should run the full diagnostics for the watch available in the Wearable app under Device care.

Thanks for the suggestion. I completed the diagnostics and everything comes back normal.

Have you cleaned the back of your watch? Do you have any tattoos on your wrist? The optical sensors on the back of the watch need to be reasonably clean to detect removal from your wrist. I have had my Ultra for about six months paired with a Z Fold5, and it works reasonably well.
