Galaxy WatchHey there, thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear your Watch 3 has a blank screen despite being fully charged. There are several reasons why the Samsung smart watch display cannot be adjusted and the screen appears darkened or gray. Both issues can be caused by an accessibility setting, Outdoor mode, physical damage to the watch, a third-party app, or outdated software. Try this guide out for troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003135/#reset-your-samsung-smart-watch
As @VerbumVeritum suggested, since you have already even went so far as to reset the Watch, service may be the best bet.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
