I can't enable my numbersync and apparently I'm supposed to have "att backup & sync in my mmessage options but it doesn't exist there. Idk what to do. I've had numbersync issues for about 8 mo now. Very frustrating
if you're using Samsung messages, turn on cloud backup in Samsung Cloud. if you use Google messages, I imagine they're already backed up there. I highly doubt AT&T even still has their old backup program.
Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with numbersync not working on your watch and AT&T back up and sync not working on your phone. As both of these features are AT&T carrier features. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for further assistance.
