Hi all, post GVK6 update, raise to wakeup has stopped working properly while riding.

This causing issues while using navigation while riding . From reddit also, seems like I am not the only one who is facing this issue.

Is anyone aware of any fix?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the rise to wake feature not working on your watch and would be happy to look into this further for you. Your watch is smart enough to know when to turn itself on and off. You can also manually change these wake-up settings to fit your preferences. However, if certain silent modes are turned on, such as Good night mode, the watch screen may not wake up when the wrist you're wearing the watch on is raised. If you have tried these steps or your watch settings are set up properly, and you are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend submitting an error report. Yes, I'm having the same issue as well. Gesture wake up did not work while riding prior to the latest update.

Is anyone else having issues with the raise to wake feature on your watch after the latest update? There are times when I go to raise my wrist to check the time, the watch face turns on then off a second later.

Yes! This is so annoying! It didn't do this before the Jan security patch. I have even factory reset my watch and it doesn't fix it. Please Samsung, fix this! 🙏

Supposed to fix raise wrist to wake. I don't use it myself, but tried it out. Seems to me it opens now if you just move your arm a bit. Battery drainer, so off it goes.

If definitely works better after the update but draining my battery quickly getting less then a day out of battery now!
