Galaxy WatchI have everything enabled and I don't have activated the mute notifications on phone opcion. Nevertheless, when I put my watch on, the notification alerts in my phone stop. It only vibrates in my watch. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. Also please consider I have an older model of galaxy watch configured in my app and I am going to be using both watches.
Even when I take off the watch my notifications still don't sound on phone. I deactivated the feature of my wrist and nothing.
I have already uninstalled whatsapp from my phone and reinstalled which fixed it until I connected my watch again to the phone.
Please help. I want to be able to see my messages through my watch but need my phone to work properly

Galaxy WatchDid you check your app notification settings and choose which apps are allowed to send you notifications? Do you have notification categories turned on and have the categories within the app enabled to send notifications?
If you disconnect the watch from the wear app, do notifications appear on the phone? Is it only WhatsApp you are having this problem with? I think I saw other people having problems with notifications from WhatsApp, therefore, it may very well be a misconfiguration in WhatsApp, and you would need to contact the developers.

Galaxy WatchYes, all my apps notifications are set correctly. The problem is when the watch connects to the app.
If I disconnect the app from the watch, reset the notifications in my phone, it solves the issue. But when it connects again it brings back the problem and even if I leave the watch behind and disconnect it from my phone, my phone notifications just won't work...i have to reset all over again.
I also turned on the option of notifications even if phone is in use..but nothing. The issue is still there.

Galaxy WatchI uninstalled whatsapp from the watch and the problem was solved but that is terrible. In my other galaxy watch, older model, it works perfectly fine!
