Offline maps

Every smartwatch company has some form of offline maps, why not Samsung watches???

They do. At least my gw4 does. Just make sure google maps is installed and you can use it's inbuilt GPS.

This is correct, Google maps is installed on the watches and it syncs with your phone, so if you downliaded an offline map, it should be shared with your watch.

If your phone is connected to your watch, and you start the offline map on your phone, the watch will show the directions. I don't think you can start the offlne map on the watch, since it doesnt download to the watch.

There's supposed to be a Wear OS update that downloads the offline maps to the watch. I heard that it was on the pixel watch 3 already.

Pixel is a Google product, so naturally they would get it first. There has been no wear os update for Galaxy watches yet.
