One UI 6 will not install on my Galaxy Watch 4

I've tried for about 3 weeks now trying different ways ways of installing the new software. It will download but not install. Help!

Try deleting your cache partition. If that doesn't help the issue, put in an error report through the support tab on the members app.

Does it display a message saying why it's unable to install?

No. It downloads the update, then says it's copying it, then says can't copy try again later. That's it for at least 3 weeks. I've factory reset it, cleared the cache and anything else I can think to do. Sometimes it says lost contact with phone but it's still connected.

Hmmm... only other thing I can think of to try would be holding both side buttons down at the same time continuously until it's says "rebooting ". Then try. If you have already done this, I would recommend upgrading. I upgraded my 4 to the 6 classic and I love it !
