Red Spot after wearing Samsung Watch

After wearing a Samsung Watch for a one and half month there is red spot in my hand, actually I changes my watch belt however that doesn't matter. My spot got bigger and bigger.
I didn't expect from Samsung Products.
If I know, this is gonna happen after wearing watch, be honest I never buy this product. This is my worst experience with Samsung
