Running GPX not working on international Galaxy Watch Ultra

I bought watch ultra as it supposed to Support gpx files in running/walking as well as cycling/hiking as the 5 pro does.

On the Samsung site says Ultra supports all 4 however it Only does hiking/cycling as turn by turn instructions.

I paid £599 on the understanding that it would do turn by turn with running as well,would of kept 5 pro in that case.

Any idea why it's not doing it for running

That was not an answer to my problem was just a redirection,been on to support and they don't know why either basically £599 wasted
