Galaxy WatchHI There, i am looking to create a routine of a:
warm up (3km)
10 mins fast run
6x400 metres
warm down
I can't see any options to create a plan or routine on the watch or health app.
for the price point i would have expected a sports watch to have this flexibility, am i missing something ?

Galaxy WatchFirst, open the Samsung Health app on your watch. Then scroll down and tap on "Exercise." Scroll over to the option that says "Add." Then, "Create New Exercise." You can then add all the details for your new exercise routine. I am attaching screenshots to visually see how I got to this section on my watch. I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 for reference.
If you prefer, you can also do this from your phone by going into the Samsung Health app and navigating to "My Exercises" page. Then click on the plus symbol at the top of the page to create your workout routine.

Galaxy WatchSamsung watches, with the exception of the Gear Sport watch, aren't 'sport' watches, they're health monitoring wearables. The app, Samsung Health, has the name right in it.

Galaxy WatchThanks for the reply but it doesn't do what i want. the warmup only goes as far as 10mins, no distance option, for the main running section the distance option won't go below 1km so it wont allow me to 400s/600s or 800s for example and the duration target won't go below 5mins even though 1-4 is there. seems like a major flaw in a fitness watch to me. hence my frustration
