S6 smartwatch and s23 ultra not showing the same information

I have the two latest devices and they appear to not be communicating with each other. My watch shows either more or less floors than my phone. My calories and active minutes show zero on my phone and 111 mins and 483 calories on my watch. Any answers?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is when the Samsung Health app on the watch is not syncing with the phone.

Be sure you are signed in to the same Samsung account on both the phone and watch.

Try clearing the app cache for the Samsung Health app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
