I saw a pop up briefly when setting up my ECG notifications that the app delays making any notifications unless the condition lasts for one hour.

So did I read this correctly, I haven't been able to confirm anywhere else? If so is there any way to shorten the delay? Why would Samsung make this the default setting?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: After speaking with a representative for the Samsung Health Monitor, it was confirmed that the default setting requires the wearer to be actively in AFIB for one hour to be notified.
Unfortunately, if I were to experience an event of that length, I would be in the ER, had a stroke, or passed away.
Consequently, I'm returning the watch and looking for alternatives.
