Hi,
I my 2 years old watch has been overheating and shut down by itself for 2 days now. it charges but then 2 minutes not even open closed.
the sensor seems loose and I am feeling the heat from there as well.
I did a reset and nothing worked.
what is my next steps.

Galaxy WatchHello, I understand how disappointing this is. Since the factory reset did not help, the next step would be to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
