Galaxy WatchDoes anyone know when the Galaxy Watch 6 will receive the next update? The last time they got an update was in November 2024 and I wonder if the next update will be something big-ish, whether it brings the One UI 7.0 app icons and some other improvements like new UI sounds.
Now, Wear OS 5.1 (Android 15) has been released for the Pixel Watch Series so it is now up to Samsung to internally test One UI 6.5 or 7.0 Watch I hope that there will be meaningful improvements for that major update.
For the first update of 2025, I hope that it does bring the One UI 7.0 app icons, and for Wear OS 5.1, the One UI 7.0 UI sounds like the new charging sounds and other new sounds, including the battery icon.
The UI sounds on the Galaxy Watch are the same as the Tizen Galaxy Watches and it is about time for new sounds if the One UI 7.0 UI sounds are applied to the Galaxy Watch, then it would be consistent to Samsung phones running One UI 7.0.
