Spotify on Galaxy watch 6 isn't working. I tried restarting my device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing seems to work. Even downloading the playlist doesn't work. It won't play from the watch or from my Bluetooth device.

Well, the next step would deleting the cache partition to get rid of any installation update remnants that may br getting in the way.

Press and hold the home and back buttons simultaneously until the watch restarts. As soon as you see the Samsung logo on the screen, let go of both buttons, and then keep pressing the home button until you enter recovery mode. Use the home button to scroll the list until you get to "wipe cache partition", use the back key to select it, then scroll to "yes" after the warning and let the partition clear. Reboot watch will be highlighted, and you can press the back button to select it and the watch will reboot normally.

It's still not working after clearing the cache. It's really disappointing as I had high hopes for this watch

I'm sorry that didn't help you.  I'm out of ideas.  Don't give up on the watch.  If other media apps work for you, is Spotify really necessary for those times you are away from your phone?  One more thing, just for a test,  if you put the phone in airplane mode and turn on BT and are connected to your phone, does it work from the watch?

You can put in an error report with Samsung, go to the support tab in the member's app and tap on "send feedback". Tap the arrow to bring up the reporting feature, select accessory, describe the problem and make sure to include your system logs (the option should be checked automatically, and the system log is collected as soon as you start the feedback reporting.

My smart watch, non Samsung, had issues like you mentioned. I was connected with no cell plan, and it started working after In selected songs that were available to play. And activated Spotify Connect Control where you can play a song from using your phone, and it will mirror over to the watch. Offline access was on, and data saver off. App sure was buggy, though. But I had intermittent success. I used it on my watch while my phone charges..

Yea I usually don't have my watch connected to my phone because I never really take my phone off the charger when I'm at home. But my watch has been working all day and worked great when I worked out this morning.

I had a phone like that once always charging. I'm glad the app is working as it's a really great app. Saw you resolved this after I sent a comment.
