Turn off Heart Rate monitoring on the watch

I just got my ring, but I wear my samsung watch daily. How do I turn off the monitoring of the heart rate on the watch and turn it on just the ring. I tried to contact the chat on samsung website and they directed me here. The first picture is thr heart rate settings of the watch and the 2nd is the heart rate settings from the ring.

Is there a way to measure the oxygen and temp at a specific time, I see no button to click measure...

@userXPXWPru50n The solution is probably to remove your watch when you want to ensure that the ring is the only thing measuring your heart rate.

But I still use my watch for notifications and stuff like that so I don't want get rid of my watch
