Please fix this issue ASAP. My daughter cannot connect to Google play store on her watch because she has google family link app connected. It's not fair and this should be fixed immediately!!
On the managed device you need to manually go to the play store, download Samsung accessory service, Samsung health, for your case, there may be Galaxy watch plug in. The wearables app attempts to download this for you, but it is blocked by the family link.
Same issue. My son just got this for Xmas, but he cant use YouTube Music nor Google play store. Really disappointing from Samsung. Any app that needs Play Store will not work since it cant login. Family Link is 100% the culprit since i've tried setting it up different phone and different accounts.
Samsung need to sit down with Google and work this out. Otherwise the phone is useless for kids.
