Galaxy WatchI get Watch Classic 6 47 mm LTE and as soon as I turn on LTE service my watch is going to cooling mode. I spoke with customer service and they offer exchange. So I agree and 5 days later I get another new "working" Samsung Watch 6 Classic LTE. Well after setup and turn on LTE service i have exactly same issue. Watch is going to cooling mode and can't do anything. Question is what would you guys do?

Galaxy WatchHello, We can certainly understand your frustration with the watch overheating. Here is an article with some factors that can affect the temperature of the watch. https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/how-to-prevent-the-overheating-of-your-galaxy-devi...
Have you tried performing a reset on the watch? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
Also check to see if the software is up-to-date. If the watch is still overheating, then it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You could also contact your place of purchase to see what options they may have available. You can use the following link below to request service. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
or by contacting customer service at 1-800-726-7864.
For an international device, please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
We also recommend submitting an error report immediately when the issue occurs to provide this information to the engineering team. Error reports can be submitted following these steps: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report
