Add manual backup ability. I restart my watch between the hours you have the auto backup progrsmned.

Just add some manual options that work. Sometimes when in the past it did backup it never restored anything. Except an automated message saying it could not restore

Why do you restart your watch everyday at the time it is supposed to perform a backup?

You know when the auto backups take place, why don't you just reprogram your restarts for a different time? Most people have their watches on at the time, either wearing it for sleep tracking or charging it.  Since the backups take place every night, if you miss one or two (or even a month's worth), you will be no worse off.  How many changes do you make to your watch settings/data that an older backup will be out of date.  It is also my understanding, that if a backup is missed because the watch is off, it will back up at some time when the watch is not in active use.  The reason it backs up in the wee hours of the night is because most people are sleeping, and it will not interfere with their usage.  It is also not necessary to restart your watch every night, once a week is sufficient to clear out the memory and keep it optimized.

Really, the only time you need to back up your watch is after you first set it up and adjust all your settings, after you make any changes to those settings, or after you add new apps.
