Watch 7 lagging / sluggish

My galaxy watch 7 is pretty sluggish, especially on the home menu (watch face, tiles, app screen and quick panel).

I've tried clearing the memory, resetting it, the works. It's not breaking the experience by any means, it totally still works, but it certainly makes it harder to use. Any suggestions?

In the future, also try closing programs that are open still. That will be at the very top of your app list.
