Watch 7 ultra not syncing calendars

I can't get my outlook or samsung calendars to sync on the watch 7 ultra. The notifications pop up for meetings and events, but won't show on the watch face, or in the watches samsung calendar app, it shows no upcoming events when there are many on my phone (s24 ultra).

Any solutions?
